Un'esperienza unica nel suo genere. La bellezza si percepisce in ogni dettaglio, ma ciò che fa davvero la differenza è lo staff. Siamo stati accolti dal Direttore Marcello che ci ha introdotti attraverso una piacevole chiacchierata verso l'infinita dei servizi che offre il resort. Abbiamo cenato al Dune, di fronte al bellissimo mare del Sud Sardegna. Massimiliano, il maître di sala ci ha coccolato con un servizio impeccabile, ma in generale si percepisce che tutti lavorano in un meccanismo che ha reso il posto conosciuto a livello mondiale. La spa è incredibile; è composta da 5 "piscine" a cielo aperto con diversa viscosità che ti rilassano e permettono di godersi la natura che le circonda.

The resort is fantastic, with so many activities to do for kids and adults: few pools, an aqua park, a very nice beachfront with good swimming, bowling, go karts, large football pitches, a basketball court, a mini kids' village for pretend play, a barbie house, and a big playroom among other things. The food was excellent, both the buffet and the a la carte options - delicious crispy pizza at the pizza place and a well-executed set dinner menu at Le Dune. The Thalasso spa is a unique experience with a circuit of relaxing salt baths and hydrotherapy pools.

The aforementioned would warrant 5*s already but on top of that the service was incredible. We really felt our custom was appreciated. I would love to come back here.
