Only 300 metres from the beach of Porto Frailis, this hotel is located in a cosy house with a Californian villa look. It has about 20 spacious and bright rooms with well-equipped bathrooms. The decoration is sober and elegant: white walls, exposed beams, typical Sardinian rustic furniture such as the wicker-fronted wardrobes. The hotel is surrounded by an exotic garden where breakfast is served. A private car park allows you to park at the back of the building. Friendly welcome: they speak French!

Such a lovely place! The hotel has nice spacious rooms, we were upgraded to a room with a larger balcony by a very welcoming and smiley staff. Breakfast and the dining area are nice, they can fill your croissants with various fillings like chocolate, pistachio or peach jams.
The hotel is only one 400 meters away from the beach, there is plenty of parking in Arbatax, the restaurants near the hotel and by the sea are proper Italian ones with high standards and quality food, don't go to Toloi, it's very crowded and touristy there.

Edificio storico di Arbatax, uno dei più belli. Personale attento, sempre sorridente. Camere pulitissime e molto confortevoli. La colazione è strepitosa! Andateci!!!

Hotel situato in posizione molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia di Porto Frailis, poco più di 300mt. Personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e sorridente, cosa che per me fa assolutamente la differenza. Per chi volesse, offrono la possibilità di prendere in prestito un ombrellone per la spiaggia libera, anche questo mi è sembrato un servizio molto utile. Camere sempre ben pulite, colazione varia e buona. Unica pecca della camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato, con il soppalco, è non avere un telecomando per poter regolare il condizionatore, e il termostato era al piano inferiore, quindi è risultato abbastanza scomodo durante la notte.
