SU PORTEDDU

Su Porteddu is the last trace of civilization before Cala Goloritze. It's a parking lot, a camper van park, a campsite and an excellent bar where there's never a shortage of fresh Ichnusa non filtrata and a few slices of cheese and cold meats. The products on offer are locally sourced and the quantities generous (as is often the case in Sardinia). It's a touristy place, no doubt about it, but all the same, it's a little timeless and a little out of the ordinary. It's also a hangout for climbers and hikers, and the atmosphere reflects this.
