IL RIFUGIO
Don't be fooled by the unappealing building in which this restaurant is housed. Il Rifugio practices slow food or a certain philosophy of pleasure. This concept, born in Italy in the 1980s, was intended to counteract the harmful effects of fast food. Here, you know what you are eating, the chef knows his producers and selects quality products. He prepares them according to the classic Sardinian repertoire, and even and especially Barbagia. We like the setting with the old black and white photos that adorn the walls.
