Nuoro has some very fine restaurants and Ciusa is one of them. Its refined atmosphere does not prevent you from enjoying simple dishes, such as a plate of fine cured meats or a beef carpaccio with pecorino. But it would be a shame to miss the chef's creative cuisine, which follows the seasons. He proposes inspired dishes sprinkled with a touch of fantasy, such as the supions with fresh beans or the fried octopus presented in a very original way. Don't miss the filindeu, a very fine homemade pasta served with fish sauce.

I gestori ci hanno accolto come se fossimo di famiglia. Cibo squisito (spaghetti con la bottarga e gnocchetti alla nuorese), a pochi passi dal centro di Nuoro e vicino a un punto panoramico. La signora ci ha servito con estrema gentilezza, un sorriso genuino e ci ha augurato ogni bene. Il dolce della casa è un gelato alla vaniglia con arancia candita, frutta secca e albicocche, il tutto immerso in una crema al Vermentino—buono, fresco e dissetante. Ha reso questa vacanza come coppia ancora più speciale. Assolutamente consigliato!
