In the heart of the historic centre, in the cellars of a former palace, this norcineria is the rendezvous of local gourmets. Red walls, granites, roundabouts… the atmosphere is authentic and refined. Revenues are exclusive to one of the oldest gastronomes families in the corner: she manages the institution very hard. Reared lambs locally, wild boar; meat is of first quality. Unique candied dishes and old cuisine. It is a profusion of flavours and fragrances that you absolutely need to discover if you go to the region.

Ein uriges Restaurant und ich würde es als sehr sardisch bezeichnen. Rustikal mit unglaublich viel Charme! Wenn ich auf Sardinien bin, möchte ich auch sardische Küche genießen und die bekommt man hier! Bodenständig und ohne viel Schnickschnack. Einfach lecker! Der Schinken war ein Gedicht und die selbstgemachten Nudeln ebenso! Ich war mit Freunden zum Motorrad fahren auf Sardinien und wir sind tatsächlich zufällig hier vorbeigekommen. Ein Glücksfall. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.
Für Pommes mit Mayo und Ketchup sollte man woanders einkehren!

Una cosa che non mi è piaciuta vedere sono i due cani legati fuori..mi ha fatto perdere l entusiasmo che ho avuto nel guardare il bellissimo panorama.
Il menù forse è tipicamente turistico.. troppo ; essendo sarda non ha superato le mie aspettative ..non era né buono e né cattivo. Peccato per i dolci che erano finiti. Il vino di produzione propria era discreto. La cameriera era una signora simpatica e gentile.

Ottima esperienza , buono il tagliere misto ma spettacolari i primi piatti : lingue di farina di semola con sugo di cinghiale e pane frattau ....e per finire seada al miele ...consiglio .
