È una struttura nuova, che si trova in un'ottima posizione, facile da raggiungere al centro della città. Ci sono diversi parcheggi nelle vicinanze alcuni a pagamento. Gli appartamenti sono moderni ed eleganti. Le camere pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. Alcuni appuntamenti sono dotati di cucina. Non è presente nessun ristorante interno o servizio colazione. Alla reception molta cordialità e disponibilità. Inoltre è un residence molto tecnologico, che ti garantisce praticità e indipendenza. Checkin qualsiasi ora grazie alla chiave smart, checkout alle 10:00.

Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten bezüglich des Codes um an unser Zimmer zu gelangen, fanden wir es hier sehr schön. In Nuovo gelegen, alles neu und sehr sauber, Zimmerservice außerordentlich gut ???? ???? ???? Alle sehr freundlich❤️
Der Standort an sich ist etwas weit vom Meer entfernt, aber dadurch haben wir viel von der Insel Sardinien gesehen....

Très satisfaits de notre séjour d'une semaine, le personnel est souriant, courtois, à l'écoute. Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos. Je le recommande vivement.

Arrivés sur place, une dame à la réception nous accueille très mal et nous dis que notre logement ne se trouve pas ici mais dans leur deuxième résidence au centre ville sans balcon.
Grosse arnaque déjà!
Une fois arrivé au logement, très déçus. On se retrouve dans un hébergement avec seulement deux fenêtres qui donne sur un gros groupe climatiseurs, très bruyant, on sent même les vibrations ..
La douche fuit, la haute aspirante non fonctionnelle, des fournis partout et même le ballait de cassé. Une des dames qui fait le ménage bâcle clairement son travail.
Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hébergement.
