MUSEO DELEDDIANO - CASA NATALE DI GRAZIA DELEDDA
Museum in the heart of the old quarter with personal objects, texts and the famous Nobel Prize
In the heart of the old quarter of Santu Predu lies the birthplace of the famous novelist Grazia Deledda. She wrote her first novels here, before marrying in 1900 and moving to Rome. The author's work was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1926, which is still the pride of the people of Nuoro today. Personal objects, texts and even the famous prize are on display. It is unfortunate that the information is only in Italian.
