A DOMMO
This little trattoria, opened in 2016, is the good foodie surprise in town. Don't be fooled by the first fried food restaurant in the parking lot of the main square, A Dommo is indeed the only decent place in the heart of Orgosolo. It's right across the street from the Da Candela café, which has the 2000 Gaza tragedy on its facade. On the menu of this pocket-sized restaurant with its uncluttered interior, well-cooked local products. The chef focuses on pasta, gnocchetti and ravioli sprinkled or stuffed with local cheese.
