2- Dada su respuesta FALSA Y DIFAMATORIA debo contestar. Ustedes cuentan la verdad , a medias, solo cuentan lo que les interesa. El lector debe conocer TODAS las partes y decidir si quieren concertar algo con su empresa o NO.
El aviso al que me he visto sometida con tantos correos amenazando con cancelar la reserva no es normal. Tampoco es normal que utilicen mi número de teléfono para mandarme WhatsApp pidiendo que borre la reseña. Lo de que os quedáis los 200€ lo dicen varios comentarios, no el mío, porque obviamente fui más inteligente y decidí no daros la opción de que me dijerais que habíamos rayado el bote o dañado la hélice. Solo expreso al lector que recomiendo otra empresa antes que la suya por experiencia propia.
