HAN CANG
On the east shore of Lake Qianhai, a large, charming establishment with a view of the lake, and especially an excellent kitchen for those who love a slightly sweet dish. This Hakka restaurant (a minority living mainly in the south of the country, in the Fujian Province) proposes a fish cooked in paper (zhibaoyu), shrimp shrimp (yanxia, salt was a means of food conservation), or even a completely delicious duck (sanbeiya). The rice to the abalones cooked in a wicker dish is to be tasted. Think about coming early, the restaurant is very crowded!
