One of the best uighur restaurants in the capital without doubt. There are noodles (especially) that have nothing to envy that of Kashgar (in Xinjiang province). A resolutely relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. To taste, with a good pile of lamb and a big glass of tea. If West China is too distant to your taste, here is a very serious culinary overview.
