In Beijing, nothing surprises us anymore. Eating under yurts (on the 4th floor), at tables like proud Mongols in front of a whole sheep, should not upset you more than that. And that's indeed what makes the place so charming: this timeless décor, these gargantuan dishes (very good, even the salad) to eat with your fingers and all sprinkled with Mongolian beers. You will also have the right to a song, but you can refuse: it is overtaxed...
