beaucoup de bonnes recettes enseignées et pratiquées par le chef Joel SHUCHAT comme "sichuan_gong_bao_ji_ding" ou "sichuanPickledChili_friedLotusRoot"
plaisir aussi des yeux et des papilles lors des visites guidées du quartier et du marché de la 10-ième (???) rue , pas très loin, avec explications sur les fruits, légumes, ingrédients, épices, viandes, poissons, etc .
