Mei Lanfang was a very famous Chinese operas actor specializing in women's roles (like many at the time), and his house now converted into a museum retraces his life and work. The museum has been open to the public only since 1996. Fun to know a little more about these famous Chinese operas who have cast so much ink; but not unfailingly.
