In a modern building designed by a French architect (Jean-Marie Duthilleul and Cui Kai); The collections, very well presented, with comments in English, expose the history of Beijing through paintings, objects, models, reconstructions, etc. We will note with great interest the magnificent collection of ancient Buddhas and the few Chinese porcelain. One of the most interesting museums in Beijing to date.
