Located in Bischheim, Le Bisch'trot is a meeting place, ideal for sipping a drink, lunching and dining. Manager Pelin is an expert in Mediterranean gastronomy. Together with head chef Raphaël, they offer dishes made with fresh, organic and local produce, respectful of both producers and consumers. Favoring glass or recyclable containers, they will introduce you to a creative cuisine through their daily specials and a menu renewed every season. For example, you can try the Bisch-Burger, with Black Angus ground steak, cheddar cheese, smoked paprika mayonnaise, coleslaw and fries. You'll also find vegetarian and vegan dishes like roasted cauliflower steak with white bean purée, chimichurri sauce and vegetable pickles. On the bar side, a wide variety of drinks, hot or cold, with or without alcohol, await you for a cocktail, a soda, an aperitif...
