What better way to cheer yourself up than to enjoy a warm, comforting drink in winter, accompanied by a creamy pastry? Or, depending on the season, to refresh yourself with an iced tea or an iced macaroon with vanilla, strawberry or mango. Here, pastries, chocolates, ice creams and sorbets are homemade. Moreover, the pastry chefs' guild has awarded them the famous label Fabrication maison. Classic or original, their creations are as beautiful to see as they are delicious to savour... Third generation of pastry, chocolate and ice-cream makers (since 1951), François and Karine Sipp have been delighting gourmands since 2007. An address to note for its serene setting.
