During your walk in the streets of Strasbourg or in the surrounding cities, you may see tomato plants or courgettes that have grown in flower boxes in the middle of the street: you are not dreaming! We owe this particularity to the collective "Les incroyables edible" whose objective is to provide free spaces to grow vegetables. In this way, people in need take responsibility and help each other: solidarity plays its full role. Everyone comes when they want and when they can to maintain the cultures. It's a pity that the spaces are too little known and difficult to find, because the idea is really interesting!
