The hotel was well renovated in 2006: The rooms are sober and rather pleasant, and the hotel is located in the city centre, just steps from the Shanxi Museum and the Binhe park.
The benefits offered do not really justify the 4 stars boasting the hotel, but the rates remain reasonable for quality. A good choice in this range of prices.
