It is in fact the former Luoyang railway station, located near the city center. No fast train. If your budget is tight, where you enjoy spending time on trains (and taking a night train), you can take slow trains for the main cities of China including Beijing (11 hours drive). Tickets are purchased in the lobby on the left (when you have the train station in front of you).
