YAN YUN LOU
This establishment, founded in 1948, is also known as Quanjude, according to the famous Beijing house specialist in painted duck. And de facto it adapts traditional pékinoise cuisine to the Palais palace, especially with their duck legs to wasabi sauce. Among the other inescapable, the painted duck of course but also the dishes based on bear legs (these are not true bear legs, but imitations made with tofu in tribute to the Chinese emperors who raffolaient these dishes…): bear legs in chicken broth, bear paws with four treasures, bear legs in Mandarin duck…
