This establishment, founded in 1744, is a real institution in Shanghai. For the gourmets, it is also the paradise of the Jiangnan kitchen (Nord Zhejiang, South Jiangsu) with particularly an unforgettable freshwater crab in town (egg whites to crab eggs, slender shrimp and crab, crab eggs baked in its carapace, rolls of crabs Yangcheng). It also proposes a wide variety of local wines: wine of Shaoxing, Huadiao, Taidiao, Chenjiafan, Jinpo.
