Don't rely on the somewhat dubious, kitsch red letters of entry or the déco. we come here for the high quality of the proposed hunanaises specialities (which are those in Mao's home province). The clientele is colourful, always positive, the dishes always delicately simmered and the service fast and reliable. Some dishes can be very spicy, such as hongchaorou (braised pork).
