Perfect treats that the xiaolongbao of Din Tai Fung. Every corner of the city is heated in the various restaurants held by the chain to taste these delicate and fine bouchées folded without fault. Do you hesitate between black truffles and pork, mushrooms or goose liver and chicken prune? You can only advise yourself: All. the taste buds. And if, neophyte you are, you don't know yet the art of consuming the dumplings, small sheets will explain all this step after step. Don't forget to look at the window behind which the chefs are bending: a real treat for your eyes.
