Ideally located next to the Dapulu station which serves both the Bund and the old town of China and Pudong, this huge building is certainly not first-class, but it offers rooms with very large volumes (which is rare in Shanghai, say it quite frankly). A good address for the services available (meeting room, bar, restaurant and gym) as well as the reliability of the staff.
