A neighbour of the Russe hotel and the Russian consulate, the building used to be the annex to the sailors'club. The comfortable rooms offer magnificent views of the Bund and Pudong: The hotel is located right opposite the Huang Pu River arm. Book in advance because the hotel is often full. For the most pragmatic, the hotel is equipped with double glazing, not even the screams of the gulls (yet many).
