The hotel features 239 elegant rooms and suites, as well as a wide range of amenities. It is just a 20-minute drive from Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station. The Zhongshan Park metro station, with lines 2, 3 and 4, and the famous Cloud Nine shopping mall can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. The Yi Tao restaurant serves authentic Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine prepared by local chefs. Some guests appreciated the value for money, while others found the hotel a little dated and the service not up to Mercure's usual standards.
