HUXINTING TEAHOUSE
In front of the garden, in the middle of a water plan, is a famous tea house throughout the city. They can be accessed by a zigzag bridge built under the Qing and laid out of the water: The steep corners of the bridge are intended to block the way to the bad spirits which, it is well known, can only move in the right line. This tea house, located in the heart of the Bazaar, used to serve as a meeting and negotiating place for the merchants in the vicinity. The merchants have given way to the tourists, but the place retains its charm and represents a welcome break after the visit of the Bazaar and the Garden.
