This maze of small pedestrian lanes is a surprising area, with Soho shanghaien. Trapped between Tai Kang Lu and Jianguo Zhong Lu (entrance to channel 210), there are fancy objects shops, art galleries and cafés. And if this mini-neighbourhood was the future of tourism in Shanghai? This is what it seems in any case…. The place is more and more frequented by tourists (to avoid the weekend), however the walk is always very pleasant, especially as you can always sit there for a well deserved break…
