HUANG PU PARK
Go there and contact
North of the Bund is the oldest public park in Shanghai and China. At the end of the th century, in order to accommodate a rapidly growing population of Western Europe, the representatives of the international concession brought together a team of gardeners, a team of Gardeners, who will carry out this small park in Europe. From its opening until 1928, this park is forbidden to the Chinese (and dogs as proclaimed by the poster at the entrance to the park), a measure that printed its mark in the collective memory of the Shanghaiens and the Chinese in general. The park has been redesigned since and in the 1990 s, the municipality has dedicated a somewhat anachronistic memorial to the people's heroes to wash the humiliation caused by the West. This is also where the Bund History Museum is located. Further north is the Waibaidu Bridge, which crosses Suzhou River and connects Huang Pu's district to Hongkou.
