The airport is 36 km from the city centre. Many flights to Beijing/Beijing or Canton/Guangzhou. From Nanjing, also flights to Shanghai, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Jinan, Changsha, Chengdu, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Guilin, Wuhan, Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Lanzhou, Shenyang and Dalian.
From airport to downtown
Taxi: 40 minutes by taxi (for approximately 125 RMB).
Shuttle bus to the airport. Between p. m. and p. m., a bus departs every half hour from the terminal station at the Zhong Hua Gate at a rate of 20 RMB. This station is accessible by metro and by buses 2, 38, 16, 39, 49, 111 and 116 (in the judgments of Xi Jie or the Runtai market). Large hotels also have their own shuttles, open to all.
Metro: line S 1 connects the airport to the city centre.
