In introduction, and the only black dot in this local restaurant chain (4 establishments for Hangzhou city): it is a bit of the factory… This establishment since 1844 (it appears) serves specialities from Hangzhou and the Jiangnan region. To recommend, among other things: an assortment of four beautifully presented entries (sici pingban 四喜瓶盘) including mushrooms, salad, various kinds of vegetables and feet of duck. Or, the famous beggar chicken (jiaohuaji 叫花鸡).
