The city of Wuhan is connected by air with 36 urban centers across China, including Beijing (1 hour 55 minutes drive), Guangzhou/Canton (1 hour 20 minutes journey), Shanghai (1 hour 15 minute journey), Haikou on Hainan Island (2 hours drive), Chengan From (1 hour 30 minutes drive), or Kunming (2 hours journey), not to mention all the cities in northeast China.
From airport to downtown
Taxi: Take 30 minutes of taxi by highway and 100 RMB, toll of 15 RMB included. Avoid taxis that harden inside the airport and take official taxis outside.
Bus: To take the airport shuttle, count 15 RMB for one way to the city center.
Subway: Line 2 serves the airport and connects the airport to the Hankou railway station.
