The coffee is named after the river, since it is almost directly on the river. So here's an American bar with Chinese ambiance. There are all kinds of beers (in pressure or in bottles) and the usual strong alcohols. Not crazy crazy but more than correct. The coffee is good and the snacks are the snacks for this kind of place: Sandwiches, salads.
Please note: If you are out in the evening, take care of the particularly voracious mosquitoes.
