This is undoubtedly the largest restaurant in Guangzhou. Founded in 1947, it is known for its 1 000 dim sum varieties served between a. m. and p. m. (meat sheet, shrimp ravioli or shaomai, spring rolls). More than 500 regional specialties: Yuanling chicken to fragrant sauce, egg-white crab paste, steam stuffed chicken, steam monkey brain.
