Several streets forming a square just north of the Marché market. Sale of jade objects, statuettes, bronzes, Tibetan objects… Do not hope to find here antiques, even if some objects are artificially aged, but from craftsmanship of variable quality. Beautiful statues of Buddhas carved in stone. Most tankas are made in Kathmandu; You have to have a well-run eye to find a genuine Tibetan with.
