LITTLE BAO
Nestled in a staircase street in the spirit of Montmartre, Little Bao was created by May Chow, who was awarded Asia's Best Female Chef in 2017. We sit right at the counter to admire the cooks in action. Their specialty? Revisited baos. The bao, a traditional steamed bun, is available here in contemporary recipes: mushrooms and impossible meat, fried chicken, pork belly, breaded fish... And don't forget the fries with truffle sauce or the famous iced bao for dessert.
