Chilli Fagara is renowned for its authentic Szechuan cuisine. Since opening in 2005, it has received over a dozen Michelin Guide awards. Chef Chan Kai Ying, originally from Chongqing, offers a menu based around the flavors Ma (numbing), La (spicy) and Tang (neutral). The menu offers a variety of specialties, including vegetarian and vegan options. We particularly recommend the Dan Dan Noodles with peanut sauce. The warm ambience and particularly attentive service will delight every palate.
