The restaurant is a true institution for its Cantonese cuisine. Every year since 1968, the restaurant has been awarded prizes for new inventive recipes. The toast goose and the pork barbecue are the most famous dishes. Dim sum served between 14 am and 17 pm. Classic specialities include-year-old eggs with candied ginger, shark fins braised to crab meat and garoupa fish.
