Don't rely on the restaurant's name, you won't find an American burger, but only Chinese specialities. This restaurant has become an institution with its fine dishes, such as wonton soup, the famous Beijing-painted duck or pigeon. We don't go for the reception, or for the framework, both enough. Menus offer dishes of three different sizes, not free of sodium glutamate (MSG) intended to improve aromas, but which gives thirst!
