The restaurant is worth a visit for its magical panorama on Hong Kong Bay, but also for its refined Cantonese cuisine that is enjoyed in an Art Deco framework. On the second floor of Grand Hyatt, the Italian restaurant Grissini offers traditional cuisine in the same price range. The cellar of this restaurant is renowned for containing 1 000 bottles of exclusively Italian wines! Proper dress required in both cases.
