A very popular chain, where you can enjoy classics in Hong Kong, but also a wide variety of dishes from South East Asia or Europe, reworked to local sauce. Quality is always at the meeting, as is the atmosphere, very "canteen". It would take hours to sip a glacé hazel ox, rocked by the host heckling of the server.
