The top ten floors of this building house all of Hong Kong's financial institutions
Just behind Exchange Square, the two towers take place. About 200 m high, IFC 1 has 39 floors. About 400 m high, with 88 floors, IFC 2 houses all Hong Kong financial institutions on the last floors. It was built without any regard to its immediate surroundings because, theoretically, urban plans prohibit the construction of a skyscraper blocking the view from or to Peak. The IFC group also has a huge luxury shopping centre.
