GOOD SPRING COMPANY

Founded in 1916, this is one of the oldest tea stores still operating in Hong Kong, and the atmosphere inside is still as it was, with over a thousand wooden drawers filled with medicinal herbs. This superb store is renowned for its traditional remedies, and during the day, workers drop by the counter for a cup of tea before returning to work. Other Chinese medicine ingredients are on sale on the premises, and as an anecdote, people can be seen sitting in the store, which doubles as a waiting room, as a doctor still practices on the premises.
