In Hong Kong, despite the sometimes sweltering heat, ice cream parlors are a rarity. Snack Baby is changing the game in Central with its delicious Italian-style ice creams fused with Asian flavors (and many are lactose-free and egg-free). Flavors include classics like intense chocolate and smoky vanilla, as well as original creations like pistachio crunch, white chocolate matcha and chocolate peanut butter. The retro-chic setting adds to the charm of the place. The only slight disappointment: no whipped cream to crown these sweets!
