The Clube Militar de Macao is a true pearl of elegance. Nestled in a19th-century building, it evokes a Portugal of another time. Once reserved for the Portuguese elite, it was opened to all after its renovation in 1994. The cuisine is a tribute to Lusitanian traditions: convent pigeon, African chicken or roasted cod delight the taste buds. Desserts, such as the sumptuous Torrao Real de Evara, combine delicacy and refinement. The place is popular with Macanese for Sunday brunch. Reservations highly recommended.
