CLUBE MILITAR DE MACAO
The military circle occupies a superb colonial building with steep walls dating back to the 1870 s. It formed the Portuguese community's stronghold until 1994, the date of its renovation, before being open to the public. We would really think Portugal in this very elegant building, a Mediterranean and melancholic atmosphere still reigns there and we even forget that we are at the gates of China. They are tasted in great classics: the convent pigeon, the African chicken, the roasted cod, the ribs of toasted veal. The desserts are sumptuous, the Torrao Real de Evara, walnut and strawberry kernels, is divine. The Macanais can be found in the Sunday Brunch. An indispensable address in Macao. Booking strongly recommended.
