The restaurant offers a combination of South-East, Mediterranean and Portuguese cuisine. The card is original, breakfast and buffets (lunch or dinner) gargantuan are strongly recommended. But what is most impressive in Rossio is the concept of "open kitchen", reviewed and corrected at the MGM scale. The chefs activate behind a work plan in square, in harmony with the decor of Zen inspiration. Nothing is left at random in this huge reception room.
