Since 1989, Lord Stow's Bakery has been a Macau institution, with Andrew Stow recognized as the creator of egg tart in Asia. This small bakery in Coloane quickly became famous for its pastries, combining Portuguese tradition with local influences, to the extent that today there are branches in Hong Kong and even Portugal. This is the place to go if you want to take one of these delicious tarts or any other pastry home with you, or eat it on the go. Don't be put off by the queue - it moves fast!
